Sharing Lists makes it easy for your team to divide up and work through a list of prospects or customers.

You can share multiple lists of people and companies with your team.

Share an Existing List

  • Select your Team 
  • On the Team’s page, select Team Lists
  • Click Share a List 
  • Select the List to share with the Team

Create and Share a New List

Create a New List:

  • In My Lists select Create New List
  • Name the List
  • Select Search for People or Search for Companies to select people from the Nudge system
  • Select Upload a CSV if you have an external list of people or companies
  • Click Next
  • Search for People or Companies, or Upload your CSV

Share a New List:

  • Select Share from the List’s options menu
  • Choose to share the list with a Team or Individual Collaborators
  • Enter their email address, or select the Collaborator(s) via search
  • Click Done

Share a List with Individual Collaborators

You can also share a list with individual Collaborators instead of an entire team.

  • On any List, select the Share icon from the List’s options menu
  • Choose to share the list with Individual Collaborators
  • Enter their email address, or select the Collaborator(s) via search
  • Click Done

You can allow certain team members to edit the list by making them Team Managers.
